What are M3's hours of operation?

Delivery times vary by location. The following are hours of operation, 365 days a year: Sacramento: 9 a.m to 6pm(last ordering time) – All orders after 6pm will be delivered the following morning.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver to the Greater Sacramento.  If you are out of Sacramento Metro area please contact to see if we deliver to your area.

**You do not need to be a resident of the city where you accept delivery — just physically present there to receive an order.

If we are not yet in your area, but you would like us to be, please pre-register on It will help us document the needs so we can prioritize expansion accordingly. It will also be the fastest way to find out when we are in your area.

Do you accept credit or debit cards?

At this time, all transactions are cash only. We can provide change as needed. We are working to incorporate credit and debit card payments into our system as soon as possible.

Do I need to tip my driver?

There is no need to tip drivers, however gratuity is always appreciated. *When using M3, the partnering dispensaries pay the drivers directly.

Can I order with my health insurance?

We currently have no arrangements with health insurance plans that reimburse for medical cannabis. If your health insurance plan covers medical cannabis, please email us at so we can look into it for you.

I have a promo code. Where do I enter it?

After you log in to, please click on “Enter Promo Code” in the top navigation menu. Follow the instructions to enter your promo code. The amount should appear on your home screen instantly

Can I place an order in advance?

No, at this time, all orders are placed on demand and drivers arrive within the specified times.

Do I need to show my photo ID upon delivery?

Yes, you do need to show your ID upon delivery.

Why won't my promo code work?

Please read the fine print associated with your promo code. Many are only for first-time customers or for a limited time only.

How do I become eligible to order medicine?

Each patient must be verified in the system as a medical marijuana patient before placing an order. This process requires a valid California-state physician’s recommendation and state ID and/or MMJ letter or card

How long is the verification process?

We take your personal information and verification seriously. While in a lot of cases your verification will be done almost instantly, there are cases when we need to spend more time.

What does "unverified" mean?

If you received an update that you are “unverified” it means that we are unable to continue processing your verification most likely due to an unreadable or expired state ID and/or MMJ letter or card….

Can I use my passport for verification?

Yes, you can as long as is valid (not expired) and you have a state-issued physician recommendation

Why is my verification delayed?

While most verifications take minutes to complete, yours may be delayed for one of the following reasons:   1) Mobile phone not verified.  2) Unreadable ID or Medical Card
